DMA offers the ability to set up a standing instruction on an account when it comes to withdrawals.
- Complete the Periodic Withdrawal Form and have it signed by the authorised individual for the account.
- Provide updated proof of banking, which includes the account holder's name and bank account number.
- Submit the above documents to vault@dma.co
