Fees and charges for investors

DMA charges a tiered annual platform fee on the assets you hold on the platform. The rate steps down as your assets grow, so larger portfolios attract a lower rate. The current tariff is available on request.

Transaction charges vary by asset class and where the trade is executed. Mutual funds accessed through Saxo carry no transaction charge. Equity, ETF and bond trades are charged at a flat percentage with a minimum per trade. Some one-off charges apply for specific events, such as an in-specie transfer out, account closure or currency conversion. The full tariff is available on request.

£10 per instrument, capped at £100 per transfer, for an in-specie transfer out.

The platform fee is structured with the intention of qualifying for VAT exemption as a financial service. Fixed fees for one-off administration services are subject to VAT and are itemised when they arise.

The basis and rate applied to cash balances are set out in your client terms, in line with Consumer Duty. DMA does not keep any undisclosed margin on your cash.
