Yes. Neither the ISA nor the GIA has a fixed term, so you can withdraw at any time. Withdrawals are managed through Unity.

Yes. You can transfer in from another provider, into both the ISA and the GIA, either as cash or in-specie (moving your holdings across without selling them). Receipt of a transfer request is confirmed, and processing begins, within 48 hours under our service standard, and you can track its status in Unity. No transfer-in fee applies under the standard tariff. Settlement timing depends on the other provider and the assets involved, so end-to-end timelines cannot be guaranteed.
